If you’re not 100% happy with Elements Hive, then we will refund your purchase up to 30 days from the date of the original purchase.
You can request a refund by contacting support.
Refunds request will be processed as soon as possible.
Depending on the payment method you used, it can take up to 15 days before it shows on your account.
Refunds will only be issued within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.
Only first-time purchases can be refunded.
Only one refund per user is allowed. You may not refund a license, buy another license and then ask for another refund.
No refunds are allowed on license upgrades or renewals.
We are not responsible for exchange rate charges, service fees, or any third-party fees charged by your chosen payment processor, your bank, or any other third party involved in the transaction.
We reserve the right to modify the refund and cancellation policy without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who breaches our terms.
