It’s important that all of our users are satisfied with Elements Hive. Technical Support is available by sending a support request from your customer portal.
Technical Support is only available for valid and active license holders. If you have a general question or have some how-to question, you should post it in the official facebook group instead. Make sure to search the group before posting as your question may have already been answered.
Technical Support for the FREE version is only available via the WordPress Repository!
Support is available Monday to Friday ( excluding public holidays ) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( UTC+8). We strive to provide a response within 48 hours during working days, but actual response times may vary. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.
Technical Support is only available for Elements Hive Pro, we do not provide technical support for any of the following, please visit the relevant channels for such queries.
General WordPress questions.
General Breakdance questions.
Any Hosting or Server-side issues.
Any custom code or personal customizations.
Compatibility with outdated browsers and OS versions.
Questions not related to Elements Hive directly.
